Shipping policy

Once we receive your paid order, we will have 5-7 days for fulfillment (design and packaging of your order).  We will then ship via UPS/USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours.   Delivery time is determined by USPS and UPS.  Made With Orion's Love,  LLC will not be responsible for transit time estimates, undeliverable addresses, shipping errors, bad weather or other problems with transit. Transit time is not included in turnaround time. Please account for transit time when placing your order. Shipping expenses are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the invoice prior to payment except in special circumstances. 

Exception to fulfillment time of 5-7 days:  We create many designs and often create designs to support a cause.  If your design is related to such cause, the fulfillment time will be 7-10 days and then the shipping time.   These types of designs have generated an increase in demand.  In order to meet the demand, we feel that the "exception to fulfillment time" would be benefitcial in meeting the increase in demand.  

Packaging

Garments will be folded and packaged in the appropriate mailing materials.
