Why have you chosen to use the line of clothing? May I have info on the T-shirts?

When will my order get to me?
Once we receive your paid order, we will have 5-7 days for fulfillment (design and packaging of your order). UPS /USPS is in control of your package once we drop it off at the facility. We do not have control over the time frame that UPS or USPS takes when delivering packages. If you would like your order to be delivered by a certain time frame, we do have overnight shipping. Size exchanges

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from Made With Orion's Love, LLC. Since we make everything as ordered, it is important that you review the sizing chart to determine your fit. Requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Made With Orion's Love return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I handle a lost package?

We recommend that you inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery provider. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors. We will provide the tracking information for you to work with the shipping carrier. As always, please let us know if you have any issues with the tracking information.

Made With Orion's Love, LLC reserves the right to change our pricing at any time and without notice. We are a very transparent company and will try communicate to our customers about upcoming changes.

Washing Instructions

After you have received your order, you will simply need to wash the items inside out. There is no special treatment needed, though bleach will cause issues on white shirts. Instructions are provided with each order and we recommend you follow the instructions. .
